Timeless

Because we think time is real, we experience things in time.

When we feel the underlying flow of the Universe, we seem to step out of time.

Large changes and movements in consciousness are being felt and expressed all over.

Perhaps they started in the thought of one person and led to discussion and more observations.

As the movement picked up speed, time became dissolved and what appeared to move slowly became evident to everyone.

With this in mind, it is always worth while to think in the highest, most generous terms.

These express the timeless values which will one day become conscious uplifting movements.

When you are receptive to uplifting thoughts and are willing and able to maintain them, they will not only guide your actions, but will translate into action into the lives of others around you.

It is always worth while to consider what is timeless.

It is what is good for us all.

My Beautiful World

I am so grateful for my beautiful world.

Everyone I know is so grateful for their beautiful world.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the world, is so grateful for their beautiful world.

————-

My beautiful world is appearing as I see things differently.

Instead of the feelings that bring fear, I am seeing a different view.

I am full of gratitude for the painful experiences that have caused me to grow beyond myself, beyond my old view.

When I have reached out to find healing and peace, it has remade my world.

Through being honest with myself and giving myself permission to override the old view and to actively do things I love, I have created a new world for myself.

Gratitude and forgiveness are underrated, for they are the quickest way to happiness, success and satisfaction.

I am so grateful for the beautiful world I am learning to create for myself.

Timeless Action

I feel the presence of timeless action.

Everyone I know feels the presence of timeless action.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, feels the presence of timeless action.

—————-

The uplifting thoughts which create timeless action come to me from the Universe.

These thoughts create deep peace within me.

I notice the calm that pervades my day.

I move without any sense of pressure or rush.

I am patient as I listen within to the ideas that are coming to me.

I am inspired as I am guided in the steps to take.

I am certain of the uplifting role I have and grateful to live it.

I include everyone in the blessings I receive from the Universe, as I share them.

There is Only Light

What is needed is light.

Old patterns and habits are inconsistent.

They break down and clutter the situation.

Who cares what the last version looked like?

When there is enough spiritual light, the problem dissolves.

We can only be in the presence of those who live in Light.

Only those who live in Light can be in our presence.

That is who we are, since we are all created by the Source of Light.

In our enlightened form, there is no past hurt.

There is only the the calm mentality and certainty of light.

There is wisdom, calm, harmony, respect for all parties.

There is comfort.

There is peace.

Fear disappears.

Light, respect, love permeate all parties.

There is only Light.

Desire for Peace

There is a greater desire for peace than ever before.

There is a desire among more people all over the world, and there is a more pronounced desire within the United States than ever before.

Our sense of peace has been eroded by politics and economics.

Where we trusted our Constitution and our leadership, we have evidence of corruption.

Because it has reached the alarming proportions of today, we find ourselves deeply motivated to find solutions.

Many solutions have been offered in past years, but now more people are aware of the need and they are actively searching for them.

Some of the ideas are appearing in individual posts.

Some of the solutions are appearing as books.

Some of the solutions are appearing as activists.

The old ways of repressing discontent have merely escalated.

They certainly do not address the problem.

Because of the desire for fairness and equality in so many ways and among so many nations, it has become a kind of world consciousness.

Perhaps, as we all go through the steps of consciousness and repression, we will find that consciousness is the stronger element.

Perhaps, this will impel solutions in unexpected ways.

Foolish to Be Happy

Several times in my life, I have found happiness in something, only to have it belittled by someone else.

Sometimes I let that take away my happiness.

Sometimes I simply evaluated and validated my happiness again.

When I take a step which frees me in some way, I am extremely happy.

It is not necessarily something which would show up from the outside.

But inside me, I can tell that I have made progress.

If my account of stuff does not impress someone else, it is because their evaluation criteria is based on stuff.

If my happiness is in being creative, my success shows up in germinating all kinds of creative ideas and carrying them out.

For me, when I have the resources to be creative, (and I always do), it makes me extremely happy.

Now that I know being creative makes me happy, I can be happy all the time.

Any time I am not happy, I can move myself into my creative zone, right in that moment.

I can play with creative ideas.

So the substance of my life, my knowledge of what makes me happy, is profound.

It is powerful.

There is nothing foolish about it.

As for stuff, that is simply not what makes me happy.

Identity Through Peace

I am starting to get noticeable peace in my mind and body.

It enables me to separate from the chaos I experienced growing up.

It is proof that I can walk away from even long-term, lifelong effects.

I am able  to identify with how I feel now, as who I truly am.

The long process leading from acute discomfort was a motivation to discover something else.

The search has led me to many authors and books and workshops and their ideas and techniques.

At the base and at the beginning was the need to retrain my own thought to love me.

A simple statement, but with profound results either way it goes.

I prefer the positive way!

The peace that I feel, and can call up quickly at any time, is having a new effect within me.

I can turn my thought to new good friends and new activities.

My body is settling down.

It gives me ease and comfort even in the midst of troubling times.

The solutions are upon us as we address our acute discomfort as a nation.

We, too, can find a new identity through peace as we learn new techniques and retrain new attitudes and practice them.

We, too, can love all of us.

A Whisper in the Heart

How you know who you are comes as a whisper in the heart.

No matter what else you have been doing, even for your whole life or work experience, there is a whisper from deep within.

This is your identity.

It wants to be expressed.

Even though you may not have had the training for what you want to do, it will be attracted to you, once you acknowledge it.

This whisper is the key to your joy and happiness.

It’s realization will bring you the kind of satisfaction and success nothing else will.

It may pull you away from what you are doing now, in fact it should, if you want to live a truly satisfying life.

It will create circumstances in your life which will make you willing to do whatever it takes, once you begin to honor it by listening to it.

Trust this whisper.

It is the reason you are here.

It is the reason for your existence.

It is the only way you will ever fill truly fulfilled and attract all the wonderful things you have ever wanted into your life.

Trust it, listen to it, follow it.

Cooperation Brings Peace

We all want the same things - harmonious family life and fulfilling work with a sense of purpose.

Instead of feeling separate from one another, in competition for limited resources, we can find ways to work together.

We can get whatever we need, not in competition with each other, but in cooperation.

As we appreciate the individual gifts we each have, we see how they fit together to make a harmonious community.

Each person’s talents help support others.

We do not have to do everything ourselves, but we can contribute what we are good at and what we enjoy doing.

That way our community is built out of joy.

We can do the practical little things which make living in community enjoyable and companionable.

With a sense of unlimited flow, we can give of our surplus, and share the overflow.

Once we empower all of us, we stand so much stronger and happier together.

Growing Up

This is the first time, as a whole nation, that we are being told that we don’t matter, that what we want is not important.

We have been told that before, in groups - Indians, women, African-Americans, and now Muslims.

Since we grow up learning the words and the meaning behind the words of The Constitution, this goes against the grain of our lives.

“We, the People” is a deep, deep concept.

“Inalienable rights to the pursuit of happiness” is behind all of our education.

The morality of taking care of everyone has grown beyond individual compassion, through churches, through charities, through businesses whose motive is to uplift.

The idea of BIG Business being so completely self-centered goes against the American grain.

Because it has come to light through so many different avenues of corruption, the contrast is very stark to the innate purity of the concepts we learn as school children and practice in our every day lives.

America has reached its adolescence.

It is time to prove “what we hold to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”.

It is time for practices which promote those values be proven in every aspect of our government as well as of our individual lives.

It is time to confront the practices of separation and redirect ourselves to inclusion and interdependence so that everyone may live better and better.

There are strong ways to do this where everyone is valued.

It is time for all of us to grow up.

I Have My Own

Even though who I am was so deeply hidden from me through the long-term effects of child trauma, I have found myself.

I have released the things which were imposed on me and found the things which truly mean something to me.

While I kept trying to figure out why I belonged nowhere, my mind was constantly in a search mode to find where I did belong.

This has happened in a combination of both gentle and radical ways, and I have found a good fit which is constantly expanding.

The old associations are tough to deal with, so I spend as little time as possible in them.

My new associations are, like my new self, gentle, non-judgmental, accepting and supportive.

Things make sense to me from this viewpoint.

They fit.

I fit.

I do have what belongs to me.

I have my own.

Peace vs. Frenzy

Acting from deep peace creates a habit and a frame off mind that does not respond to frenzy.

When we pause to listen deep within, we feel the peace.

We are led to take the steps which create peace, and calm, thoughtful action.

Then we can be generous to ourselves and to our neighbors, both at home and abroad.

The confusion of so many minds trying to adjust to unsupportable conditions is disturbing.

But we can sort through the confusion and add to the peace with our clear vision and calm feeling.

Every time we remember that everyone is precious, and that they are valued, we establish a firmer footing for all of us.

Each time we listen to the difference between media pressure and gentle, unhurried consideration, we convey a more respectful attitude toward all of us.

The world search for balance is being achieved through higher awareness, although it looks like we are running back and forth to prevent it from overbalancing.

This higher awareness is pushing other selfish and partisan interests aside and sending out deep feelings of joy.

As we recognize the rights of all of us, it is a joyful experience to see the old paradigm being forced out.

We are finding a new balance and it includes all of us.

Going Within

Going within to listen for answers removes the confusion from all the opinions floating all around you.

No matter how powerful or how loud they are, their distraction can be removed by taking a deep breath and calmly listening within.

Sit calmly breathing deeply until you feel calm within yourself and then you will hear the presence of an idea.

Your own idea within your own calm feels distinctive.

It is not like any other feeling.

You do not have to bounce it off of others to know its validity in your life.

It has no comparison to the past, because it is uniquely new to you.

Even if it looks like something familiar, it has a different feel to it.

Going within gives you different answers.

Make a habit of it in order to move your life in a unique and positive direction.

Listening for Answers

My first deep breath is a thought of peace for myself as I listen for answers.

My second deep breath is a thought of peace for everyone I know as they listen for answers.

My third deep breath is a thought of peace for everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, as they listen for answers.

——————

The constant presence and harassment of the media make it hard to listen for peaceful answers.

However, turning it off and turning inward, especially on a regular basis, make it possible to hear the answers which come from the deep peace within.

As I begin to grow disturbed by what I am reading, I know how to go within in order to reestablish my peace.

No matter how bad it seems, and we are hearing a lot of bad news these days, there is always a solution.

We do not have to know what the solution is.

We just have to know there is one, in the greater Intelligence which governs the Universe.

Then, when we listen quietly for ourselves, we find those answers.

Collectively, as more and more of us listen for answers and take the steps which come to us, we are contributing to the larger answers.

We all know that compassion is far more powerful and longer lasting than hate.

We have seen it, perhaps individually, in our own lives.

We have heard other people tell us of kindness returned.

With the positive side of media presence, more of us are aware of more good things that are being done.

These always far outweigh even the big, bad stuff.

It sounds trivial and impossible, but it is easier for more people to do lots of little good things, so there are more people taking action in good ways.

This is turning the tide.

People are thinking about doing good things and doing them.

They only want others to have the same kinds of good things in their lives.

This is diluting the fear and the outrage, and building up better local and world communities.
