How I Fill My Thought

I choose to fill my thought with goodness and purity.

These are not popular topics, but they are important to me.

When I taught pre-schoolers, I felt the energy of their purity and innocence.

As I taught them songs to expand their awareness of the world, they gave me feedback through their delight and desire to learn them.

I have kept that feeling of what innocence and goodness feels like.

I like that particular energy.

It is empowering in a very uplifting way.

That is where I like to direct my thought.

When I move into that feeling of delight, I find myself surrounded by simple, wonderful things.

I connect with happy people.

I am guided through my day in an effortless flow.

I seek out positive news.

I am not overcome by the pervasive negativity of the media harassment.

I find moments which connect me to other moments until my day is filled with innocence and purity.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to contribute to innocence and purity through my work of writing songs and music learning materials for young children and their parents.

I am happy to provide uplifting moments for others as well as for myself.

Providing Uplifting Mental Space

I am careful to note what I am thinking of and how it makes me feel.

I want to have the most uplifting day I can possibly have and so I have to prepare myself for it.

I provide the time and thought to fill me with expectation and happiness.

I cultivate an uplifting mental attitude by looking within for my guidance.

It always serves me well.

I feel the presence of useful and practical ideas which contribute to the unity and beauty of life and mankind.

These displace the negative images constantly coming through the media harassment.

I find notices of conferences by organizations whose goal is empowerment and information.

I find groups which organize seed saving, tree planting, environmental clean-up, regenerative organic certification.

There is so much opportunity for service in these important directions.

We can see the direction which greed and selfishness have brought to national government.

I am grateful for this exposure of so much previously hidden influence.

I turn my thought to the ways in which ideas are being communicated which lift people up.

I am glad to be part of a movement of inspiration.

I am delighted to create songs, drawings, and meditations for people.

This is a valuable way for me to spend my time, creating positive and uplifting mental space.

Uplifting Mental Space

I am providing uplifting mental space for myself.

Everyone I know is providing uplifting mental space for themselves.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is providing uplifting mental space for themselves.

——————-

Since we live according to what is going on in our thoughts, it is important to provide uplifting mental space for ourselves.

In the middle of media harassment, it is good to know one’s purpose and how to achieve it.

The first step is always listening within.

This provides room for guidance and inspiration.

I am glad to turn to listen for ideas which are uplifting since i feel the innate goodness of so much of mankind.

By being committed to uplifting, I am led to write songs, to create drawings and meditations which help redirect my thought to what is good and positive.

This is powerful in that it does not add to the distress and confusion through media harassment.

It gives me the mental space I need to reestablish my connection to good ideas.

I am grateful for this ability to focus on what is important to me.

I am able to take the next step in providing good for myself and for others.

It is a natural connection.

What I think and what I focus on comes into my experience more and more.

I love providing the calm and inspiration I need and to sharing it with others.

That way, we are collectively lifting each other up and providing an alternative way of living our lives.

Being part of the positive movement which brings us so much collective good begins by listening for good ideas and bringing them into focus.

Current of Awareness

What I choose to be aware of controls my life.

If I am only feeding my mental life through the media, I am missing out on what my soul-life has to offer me.

By becoming aware of my inner guidance and my ability to listen within, I take back control of my mind, and therefore, of my life.

I become aware of a much greater power within me.

It is a power to focus on the guidance which is coming from within, rather than the pressure of harassment from without.

It is an awareness that there is more to life than what I feel through the five senses.

There is more depth and more liberation.

My life and my mind are my own, not a place for a power and influence grab.

I have an awareness which is always active within me.

It keeps me from getting too distracted for very long and pulls me back on my own path.

I am part of a much greater world than the one addressed by the media.

My world within connects with everyone who has this awareness.

It is a power beyond what economics and politics can grab.

It is a permanent and calming presence.

It connects my individuality with the uniqueness and expression of those who are taking control of their own lives.

We connect in a particular way which achieves its own recognition.

We attract and connect with those who are listening and awakening from within.

Our awareness is growing and is affecting a large movement of individuals who value themselves differently.

This is a kind of awareness which is constantly available to comfort and to calm from within.

Regenerate and Restore

Your soul may have been attacked when you were very young.

Before you figured out who you are and discovered your purpose, you may have been hurt on the deepest level.

This misidentified you, by causing you to deal with the pain first.

Spending so much effort to survive beyond the pain caused other resources, skills and strengths to develop more slowly.

However, as you found moments beyond relief, you were able to focus on them and bring other elements into you life.

Your ability to focus on something other than  than the pain became a lifeline for you.

The more you paid attention to the lifeline, the stronger it got.

You lifeline took on more power until one day, you were able to pull yourself our of the painful circumstances completely.

Even thought the painful memories come up from time to time, you have learned to build more and more on your lifeline.

You have expanded your life in a positive direction.
Using the immense strength you have build up in focusing on your lifeline, you have a completely different basis for your life.

Your identity and purpose are near and await you.

True Wealth Dissolves Poverty

Where there is true wealth, there is no poverty.

True wealth includes everyone in the community.

There is no preference or priority for any one or several types of businesses or personalities or any other distinguishing difference.

True wealth values the qualities which everyone can contribute through the nature of their membership in the community.

Trues wealth utilizes everyone’s resources and makes sure that no one is in want.

It values the skills,, knowledge and character strengths of everyone.

It provides training in the directions of each need until the community is operating in balance and harmony.

There is consideration for each person and the individuality and talent each can bring to a project.

The brilliant and inclusive thinking of inspired economic solutions, through microcredit, has created enough wealth for hundreds of thousands of people to lift themselves out of poverty.
(“A World of Three Zeros, Zero Poverty, Zero Unemplyment, Zero Net Carbon Emissions” by Muhammed Yunus)

Solutions from all parts of the world and their accompanying expansive viewpoints have been collected in “Drawdown”, by Paul Hawken.

These are examples of true wealth, the wealth of ideas which, applied are reducing and eliminating poverty for millions of people all over the world.

The Practice of Get More or Give More

The defining power of greed is threatening to overpower every other type of motive.

But there are many more fulfilling aspects to life.

Our wealth is always in giving.

What we have to give comes from our attitude and from what we value.

As we value our thoughts and motives, we will receive more direction in how to give.

Our heart’s wealth will increase the more we give from the heart.

This is the cure for the emptiness of accumulation.

Service demonstrates what we have to give.

It expresses unselfishness.

Through service, we start the flow of good ideas.

When we fill ourselves with good ideas, they overflow.

They manifest into what we need.

Ideas from other sources, manifest into supplying other needs.

A community of givers creates whatever is needed throughout the entire community.

Then everyone has something good.
