Take a Walk

Taking steps in patience and freedom is a way of releasing fears about being in public.

Small walks, around the yard, expand into down the block.

Accompanied by a friend, a walk can take you downtown (in a small town).

My husband dropped me off at the top of the two stories of stairs leading down the slope into the park.

I walked to the library from there and he picked me up to bring me home.

I am gradually gaining confidence in being around people.

I am carrying my feeling of safety within me.

I know that my patience and respect for my fears is valuable.

I validate my sincere feelings that way, and I am able to (literally) take the steps to build new experiences for myself.

It is certainly taking much more time than I would have expected, but then I have discovered and uncovered a lifetime of reaction to severe abuse.

I am grateful for all the freedoms I do have, intellectual, ability to teach well, skills in many other fields.

Feeling strong enough to take steps without debilitating fear and panic attacks is another new skill I am learning.

Taking a walk has a lot more meaning for me now.

Tiny Steps Take Away Anger and Frustration

As I learn new things, I can become overwhelmed by the requirements to implement them.

I am learning that I can take tiny steps and that they will still move me forward.

Even habitual frustrations are starting to be replaced as I remember to break down the steps into even smaller increments.

This is an exciting time of taking beloved projects and skills and learning to release them in a way which gives more people access to them.

The technology required is new, but learning is not.

Learning always requires an interest in the subject and willingness to apply oneself.

I remind myself that I meet those requirements and that I am not under a time limit, nor am I seeking a grade.

I can take the time I need and repeat the information as many times as I need and even seek out different perspectives until I am sure I understand my next steps.

Patience with myself is key.

Willingness to progress any way I can relieves the situation.

Interspersing my new tasks with familiar and rewarding ones helps alleviate the pressure.

In time, I do gather all the information and skills which I need, and I do complete my projects with my new skills.

With more practice, everything becomes easier.

Overcome the Fear of Sharing

To overcome the fear of sharing, I remember that the Universe is infinite.

To overcome the fear of sharing, everyone I know remembers that the Universe is infinite.

To overcome the fear of sharing, everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, remembers that the Universe is infinite.

——————

Many times, people feel that they are unable to share due to various kinds of limitations.

I have been learning that I can always share in appropriate ways because the Universe is infinite.

I am always able to receive ideas about what I need to know.

I am always able to learn new skills when I devote myself to them and give myself a reasonable amount of time.

I am always able to do something new and interesting.

This lets me share in new and original ways.

I can release my ideas effectively to those who will most benefit.

I can design the presentation of my ideas using new and old skills.

I can describe my new and interesting adventures in learning.

Over time, I have found that I am able to keep a fresh outlook and to share that as well.

I am glad to share from my perspective that the Universe is infinite.

I Am No Longer Holding My Breath

As I continue in my new, redirected life, I realize that I am no longer holding my breath.

I am able to take steps that make sense to me doing things that I love.

I notice that I am not fighting off the memory of being thrown off track and having to constantly invent new paths in order to be safe.

I am taking the steps confidently to complete projects that are interesting and delightful to me.

I realize that I have a right to do the things that are important and interesting to me.

I no longer have to placate anyone from the past.

I am able to design my life in a way that fits who I am.

I am able to enjoy my work and to take the continuing steps to develop it.

I have good friends who are reliable and supportive.

I am in an environment which is beautiful and congenial.

I can mange the memories from the past with the tools and techniques which I have been given.

I can regroup and start again to complete the projects that are important to me.

I am amazed and delighted.

I am so very grateful to be able to live safely on a new foundation which is meaningful to me.

When Solutions Appear

Sometimes I am working on a problem for so long that it becomes a habit.

Then one day, years down the line, I realize the problem has been addressed and that a new positive practice has taken its place.

I don’t know exactly when that occurred, only that I am now aware of it.

Not only has my problem been solved, my new practice has leaked out into my environment and others have solved their long-term problems as well.

It is amazing how this happens.

Our problems may be the result of our own ignorance, the cruelty and intolerance of others, or just being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

And yet, they can all be solved.

By embracing a deep intuitive study and listening, we can be guided to completely redirect our thought and rewrite our lives.

This happens on a grander scale than we may realize.

And people are doing this all over the world.

We appear to be in multiple crises brought on by ignorance, cruelty, and bad timing.

But there is also a lot of attention being given to active solutions gained from insight, good practice, research and kindness.

Based on what I am experiencing individually, I believe there is hope.

Let us continue our good practice, and let us expect to see results on a grander scale than we realize.

Seeing Progress

I am grateful to see progress.

Everyone I know is grateful to see progress.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is grateful to see progress.

———————-

As I work to create progress in my own life on my own projects, I am also grateful to see progress in the lives of others.

Learning how to overcome obstacles is an individual thing.

It is something that has to done by oneself.

No one can do it for someone else.

Overcoming the lies that hold us back requires immense strength because they are lodged so deeply within us.

The strength to replace the lies and move ourselves forward is great.

It takes enough desire to overcome the long history perpetuated by the lies.

When I see that kind of progress, I am impressed by the effort required.

I respect the healing of long-term misconceptions.

It is so wonderful to see the freedom begin to build after a lifetime of limitations.

More steps will be required, but the first one has been taken.

Trust Your Peace

You can trust the peace that comes to you from developing and expressing your own ideas.

As you receive the resources from within and manifest them, they become available for others to see.

They can feel the benefit of the ideas which empower you.

They can become empowered in their own ways.

Your confidence in what you do lends power to it.

It increases the benefit of your product or your service.

Your deep desire to bless those who come in contact with what you do adds peace to your efforts.

Seeing peace around you and desiring it to be available to all who come in contact with you changes the atmosphere.

It lends itself to unforeseen solutions.

Ideas show up in unexpected places which create peace for all involved.

Everything is affected by the peace that you let course through you.

Even a beginning attempt to feel and maintain a peaceful atmosphere opens up wider possibilities.

The Universe wants the peaceful expression it designed us for.

There is every opportunity for peace everywhere we go.

When our choice is to choose it and cultivate it, everyone is benefitted.
