Take Your Own Stand

I am strong enough to take my own stand.

Everyone I know is strong enough to take their own stand.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is strong enough to take their own stand.

——————-
As I find my purpose, I gain the strength to stand for it.

Other ideas may be interesting, but they are not my purpose.

I feel the support and the attraction to doing what I love, and that is where I find my purpose.

As I continue to listen within, opportunities for more healing occur before I take the next steps.

My path is being refined and cleared.

I will not stumble on old debris as I move forward.

I am creating a new foundation as I define myself in a new and authentic way.

I wait with expectation as I listen within.

My steps are consistent as I wait for direction and then take action.

I am confident in my purpose and the ways in which I am expressing it.

While I am gaining strength to stand, I can learn new skills.

I can invest in my ability and practice to make it better.

I continue to listen for Guidance and to write down the ideas and steps which come to me.

I am confident in what I receive from within.

It is pure, without influence from outside opinions.

It is the most direct route to my goals.

It provides the most fulfilling way to reach my goals.

Without discussing it with anyone, through trusting my HIgher Power, I am enabled to do the right thing at the right time.

I confidently take my stand as I accomplish my purpose through Guidance from within.

A Happy and Fulfilling Visit

I did not know it could happen to me, but I have had a happy and fulfilling visit.

The first thing is that we have a warm and welcoming place to stay with a relative.

Then, we drove to another state for some business and had a wonderful visit with friends there.

Having the experience of building lasting community is new to me.

It is a deeply comforting thing to experience.

After living most of my life in emotional isolation due to child trauma, it is a new venture to have friends whom I can trust.

We have kept in touch during the many months that I have been out of town.

It was so much fun to pick up the conversation in person and to share projects which have only been seen in photos.

We have built a long term sense of intimacy and trust through many conversations about family issues, carreer goals and possiblities, and fabric designs and their executiion.

What ties it all together is the respect we have for one another’s lives, both triumphs and celebrations and challenges and suffering.

It is natural now for me to see how developing authentic friendships results in a feeling of comfort in the world.

Knowing I can go from place to place and still have good friendships is a wonderful way to travel and to share adventures.

The communication tools of social media speed up the immediacy of staying in contact.

The good feeling which comes through is enhanced with a face-to-face visit.

I look forward to continuing my travels, to sharing my experiences long distance, and then to have the delight of in-person visits.

Harmonize One Element

When you choose one element for harmony, it becomes the entrance to your life.

My element is doing what I love to do.

Since making this my priority, my whole life focus has shifted.

Instead of taking care of others first, I am able to do what I love first.

This is allowing me to expand in directions which make me happy.

I am unrestricted and unlimited in what I do.

I have space and time for what I love most.

Everything else falls in line behind this one priority.

I spend my best time doing what I love.

I do not sneak it in at the end of the day or over a holiday.

It is what I do every day, all day.

I live in the fulfillment and saitsifaction of doing what I love.

I attract resources which reflect my joy and happiness and ecstasy of creativity.

I attract clients who love my work and support me by purchasing it.

It is my greatest joy to create a body of work and to release it to the public.

Every cycle shows more creativity and maturity.

I love learning what I need to know to improve and grow and release.

I love meeting my new colleagues and collectors.

We form a community of support and creativity.

It is so uplifting to focus on my element of loving what I do.

My life has expanded and I live in greater happiness and security.

Deep-Rooted Solutions

Deep-rooted solutions are pushing the problems into clear view for healing.

Our desire for well-being for all allows us to imagine new ways of doing things.

We can take our first steps by sharing and discussing our ideas.

Because we are all precious, we are able to embrace and expand on good ideas to be inclusive.

We find a balance and a harmony as we let so many good ideas surface.

We can see which ones will address the issues most effectively and widely.

We can make sure that all the solutions are applicable in a wide range of communities.

We can remove the narrow thinking which is so limiting.

We are dealing with an expansive Universe of ideas which apply to all living things.

We have the power to express and communicate to each other all over the world.

We have the ability to take steps in our local communities which will fix local problems.

As we gain experience in creating a better environment locally, we will find that we can join with other communities to address larger problems.

Exploring and utilizing the mechanism of local government to address local problems will acquaint us with the process for solutions.

Consistent application will change the lives of local people significantly.

Our community will become known for its action to better the lives of its citizens.

Our example will influence others to increase their action and effectiveness on a local level.

This collective action will increase awareness of how to implement solutions on the next governmental level.

That is how we can create solutions to deep-rooted problems.

Replace with Self-Compassion

Replace your self-criticism with the uplifting process of self-compassion.

Be gentle with yourself.

You have faced many obstacles, some of them hidden.

As you become aware of the strengths which have brought you to where you are now, despite the obstacles, you will have more self-respect.

Each quality which you express has been part of your survival mechanism.

It has served you well.

The fact that you are noticing your status means that you have a moment to reflect on it.

You have gone beyond “mere” survival.

You are in a position to create a new approach to your life, one built on self-compassion.

The conditions which you will attract from now on will be those which support you in the best ways.

You will attract work which you find uplifting and friends and co-workers who are positive in their outlook.

All of your life will be in service to the high ideals which now fill your life.

Your inner being has sought them out and now you can express them in your outer environment.

Self-compassion recognizes the work which you have done despite the negative circumstances of your past life.

It raises you up into self-appreciation, and allows your higher nature to place you naturally in positive and beautiful surroundings.

Your inner work and desire to live well creates purpose and focus.

This is a powerful force for organization and fulfillment.

As you continue to take your steps towards fulfillment and satisfaction, many harmonious elements will appear to move you forward.

Your awareness of them will cause you to pay attention to them and the effect will multiply.

Your self-compassion will expand to permeate every facet of your life and you will live in harmony, security and happiness.

My Calmest Self

My calmest self guides me to the most satisfying and fulfilling path.

My new norm is moving with calm and peace.

I am no longer rushed and harrassed.

I can feel the sensation of each tiny step in my new foundation supporting me and guiding me.

When I am ready to do something, I can move with grace and poise.

My calmest self reaches deep into my soul.

I am aligned with purpose and action.

I do not have to stretch to reconcile my thoughts and feelings with the action I take.

My unified approach is very calming.

I no longer fear being thrown off course, by outside influences or the habit of pleasing others.

My commitment is to myself, my high ideals, my compassion, my way of doing things.

Everything in my life is working in one direction, to uplift and to inspire.

I am uplifted in my purpose and in my action.

I have the strength and skills to learn and to do whatever I need to know.

My own life-example inspires others through my tenacity, persistance, and inability to accept any other alternative.

I am successful in my own right.

I know my strengths and how to persist until I find a solution.

I am grateful to be who I am.

I love doing the work I am called to do.

This feeling of unity and inspiration and calm pervades my life.

I am where I belong.
