All-Inclusive Being and being

In times of stress, it is good to think about all-inclusive Being.

I like to remember that my being is part of this all-inclusive Being.

I like the feeling that I can turn within to hear the Guidance that I need at any time.

When I am in a creative mode, I feel the flow of ideas.

When I am in pain or surprised by sudden terror, I can take a moment, and feel the deep peace within me.

I can give myself the time to figure out my best course of action.

When I am in meditation, I like to spend time feeling the nearness of comfort and how it extends infinitely around me.

I like to immerse myself in the feeling of being safe.

I move from the feeling of being safe into quiet happiness.

I quietly revel in my safety and happiness.

It is something I can return to over and over again.

This is a big change from the hyper-alertness I cultivated all my life.

It is an amazing feeling that I can be safe and enjoy being happy.

I love that I can comtemplate the immensity of all-inclusive Being and find myself there.

It is a peaceful feeling to simply be.

As I expand my peace, I see that I have all that I need.

I can always feel fulfilled as long as I start from all-inclusive Being.

I can always feel safe and be guided to safety when I need it.

It is a true gift that I discovered from within.

That is where I find it, every time.

Conquer Your Fears

I am listening for ways to conquer my fears.

Everyone I know is listening for ways to conquer their fears.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is listening for ways to conquer their fears.

——————

When we are faced with crises or habitual fears, we can take a step back and take a deep breath of listening.

In that moment, the fear is interrupted and we can hear what we need to know and take action.

It is always possible to give ourselves that moment of listening.

When that becomes a habit, we no longer go as far or as deep into our fears, because we learn to catch them at the beginning.

Even habitual fears can be conquered and resolved.

When we feel the fear beginning to inhabit our thoughts, we can pause for our deep breath and listen.

After a while, we go directly to listening instead of escalating the fear.

We are able to use the alert to take corrective action right away.

We have a right to a calm sense of life and we can gain it and maintain it in this way.

Our fears have no right to disturb us and we can conquer them by listening and taking right action.

We can govern our internal life and see it manifested in confident and happy ways.

Even though fear surprises me and catches me off guard, I can gain my poise as I take a breath and listen within.

I am no longer so afraid of unpredictable circumstances, since I have had many experiences of regaining my calm and poise.

I am relieved and grateful to have a practice which allows me to conquer my fear and to move on.

Total Reformation

I start with the issue which bothers me the most.

I start the process of listening within.

As I observe my discomfort, the ideas I need to reform begin to come to me.

I may desire to correct a habitual attitude.

I may need to correct a skill I am learning.

I may need to evaluate my involvment in a particular project.

The solution comes for whatever I want to reshape or redirect.

As I take my tiny steps, I begin to see a shift.

The tiny steps allow me to move gently in a non-threatening way as I inform myself of my new direction.

My desire for freedom and progress insures that I will continue my work.

As I gain some skill and the new habit replaces the old attitude, I can feel the difference.

I know that I will continue all the way to a level of refinement for total reformation.

I appreciate the gentleness of my tiny steps of progress.

I see them add up into a significant shift.

I gain happiness and confidence.

I am comfortable with my gentle approach.

Each tiny step is helping to build a foundation without gaps.

When I reach my goal without pressuring myself, I will be able to sustain it.

I give myself the time to absorb my new practices.

I enjoy my new skills and my new perspective.

Free Your Voice

As you discover your true nature and purpose, it is natural to express it.

Because this seems so challenging at times, it is necessary to cultivate your uplifting message.

It is also necessary to find ways to release and express it.

There are so many people who need to hear what you have learned through conquering your fears.

You may have to conquer one more fear and share your message.

In freeing your voice, remember the first moment of light and peace which you experienced.

Recount the situation you were in when you felt that first instant of hope.

Recall how frequent visits to that small spark of hope fed it into a small, flickering flame.

As you gained confidence in the fact that you are okay and have something to say in your own behalf, the flame grew brighter.

Step by tiny step, you were able to improve your situation.

You learned to listen inwardly instead of trusting the variable nature of things around you.

Your found your footing.

You began to build your foundation.

You discovered what you love to do.

You began sharing your happiness and your insights.

Your desire to help others in your same circumstances led you to find wider ways of sharing.

As that activity continues, you are freeing your voice.

Let everyone who can benefit have the opportunity to hear you.

Be generous; provide many outlets.

Continue to listen and to speak.

What Truly Lifts Your Spirit

What comfort do you look for when you are feeling low?

There is a radiance within you which is always present.

When you listen within for your deep peace, you find this quiet, powerful radiance.

As you rest in this peaceful feeling, the radiance begins to spread throughout your being.

You may be led to take the next step for your porject.

You may be guided to deeper restful meditation.

You may find yourself gathering materials to follow through on something you have started or to create something new.

The lifting of your spirit engages you in peaceful, productive action.

You do not have to push yourself.

It is a natural evolution.

You are naturally attracted to take action in a way which benefits you.

This gentle lifting of spirit may occur several times during the day.

Whenever you need a lift, your inner radiance is waiting to be tapped.

You will be guided into the most appropriate action for your situation, over and over again.

There is a lasting effect as you take your steps from inner radiance.

It is felt by those who will most benefit as it continues speading.
