The Right Direction

I can feel the right path within me.

Everyone I know can feel the right path within them.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet can feel the right path within them.

——————

We have a deep moral sense of what is right.

It is always easy to feel this because it gives a sense of peace when we go within.

We can always trust this moral compass and we strengthen its effect the more we pay attention to it.

Instead of being pulled off course by someone else’s designs, we can maintain our direction and create an attraction to it.

The more we fulfill our purpose and take steps along its path, the more fulfilled and happy we are.

We are able to serve the people who will most benefit from our work.

It is important to define our own path.

It is important to continue along its lines.

We will converge with others who can contribute to our well-being and whom we can help uplift.

The community we build when we follow our own true path feels completely different from following someone else’s lead.

When we are all following our true path, we naturally converge in ways which support each other.

Guarding Our Inward Parts

With the peace that is within, we can govern our thoughts and keep them from panic.

With our calm thoughts, we can keep a calm body.

Our inward thoughts and our inward functions can remain harmonious together.

The goodness of our thoughts and the purity of our food work together.

The respect we have for our body and our stewardship of it through normal and reasonable exercise contributes to its strength.

Constant loving thoughts toward ourselves insure that we do not overwork.

Diligence and honesty in our work provide ample satisfaction.

Following these practices consistently takes away stress and anxiety.

Forming communities of support and cooperation lets us share services and support one another.

The Help You Receive

I am grateful to discover the help I receive when I move ahead.

Everyone I know is grateful for the help they receive when they move ahead.

Everyone I don’t even know all over the planet, is grateful for the help they receive when they move ahead.

—————-

Sometimes it is hard to trust the ideas which come to us, even when we really love them.

We have been taught to value that which is outside of ourselves and to look to the opinion of others.

But our true reason for being is to listen within and to follow the direction that comes solely to us.

This is how we align ourselves with our true value.

This is how we fulfill our value to society and civilization.

We are meant to fulfill an individual place.

So, when we are brave and take the courage to move ahead on the ideas which make us the most happy, we receive the help we need.

It comes to us as we move into alignment with both head and heart.

It dos not have to make sense to anyone else.

The ideas which have a place in our heart, have a place in our life.

My Solution to Being "Over-Revved"

After a morning of really good, productive work, we picked up our food co-op order and brought it home.

We had planned to do some more activities, but I found that I had “over-revved” myself, and needed to just shut down for a while.

As I calmed down and considered what I had put on the agenda for the rest of the day, I realized that it had quite a few components, more than I really felt prepared to deal with.

So, I just took one of them, food preparation and canning based on our co-op order, plus taking care of an extra crate of about sixty green peppers a neighbor had given us.

I simply curled up with the Blue Book Guide to Canning, and found three recipes that suited our produce box, and then felt relieved enough to enjoy the rest of the day.

Another time, I will make an appropriate “house-warming” gift for a friend’s new quilt store.

Another time, I will pick up supplies for my husband to make me a cheese press.

Another time, I will buy the gallons of raw milk to make the cheese.

I can stay in balance without hurrying or pushing myself over the top.

I can live in a relaxed and enjoyable manner.

I am so grateful to recognize when my body tells me to slow down.

Now that I respect the intelligence of what my body is telling me, I can still enjoy everything else I want to do, without “over-revving” my body’s engine.

No Confusion in Identity

There is no confusion in your identity.

You know who you are.

Deep within you, there is a place of peace and purpose.

From this quiet sense, comes guidance for your every step.

Your identity determines your place and your purpose.

Your mind is filled with the intelligence of divine assurance.

You have a power to focus and to remain productive toward the goals that you desire most.

Your deep desire to serve in the way that most benefits you and mankind is being fulfilled.

No distraction can take you off that course.

You simply do not move forward during the distractions, but when you conquer them, you find that once again you are in harmony with your highest nature.

Despite what is going on in the news or the insight into temptations on a large national scale, you have a role to play.

Your role is to not get confused, to value the contribution you are making, and to proceed in a balanced way to expand your power to focus and to refocus.

My Overflowing Heart

What is it that I want my heart to overflow with?

Peace or pain?

Confusion or calm?

I am choosing to go within and to pay attention to the joy and peace and calm and trust and happiness that I know is there.

I am not suspended in the middle of some competition for my attention between news entities.

I know how to focus my attention productively.

My heart overflows with the creative inspiration of the life that has been given me.

I can choose not to get distracted by the noise of the news.

There is a deep peace which governs all of our lives when we persist in finding it and in paying attention to it.

Now I am refocusing my attention on the fulfillment of creative inspiration and the things I am led to do with it.

My heart overflows with the power of focusing my attention on that which is mine to love, cherish and adore and create.

Discovering the Peace and Truth Within Me

I have allowed myself to become so bombarded by the noise and confusion of the news, that I found I had to make a directed effort to come back to the peace within me.

As I began to listen for the now familiar feeling of peace, I shut out more and more of the noise and the confusion.

There is an addicting sense of excitement which I finally recognized as not being part of what I am interested in.

My inward peace is now leading me to the truth of my day.

Is there any confusion in my day?

Do I still know who I am?

Do I still understand my purpose?

Am I still able to accomplish it?

I am not confused about my day, nor who I am, my purpose or my ability to accomplish it.

That is my peace and that is my truth.
