Overflowing Peace

The more I devote myself to what I love, I feel an overflowing peace.

Doing what is important to me, adds to my peace of mind.

Learning sustainability skills helps keep me in tune with my relationship to the planet.

It helps elevate my ability to live in harmony with the environment.

Expressing our individuality adds to the peace.

We have a universal purpose which harmoniously fits into the scheme of overflowing peace.

Overflowing peace happens when everything is working together.

Our goal in establishing our own peace is to contribute to this goal.

Being self-sustaining in communities honors our earth and our place on it.

As we steward our resources responsibly, it adds to the peace.

We can add to the peace by filling ourselves with peace until it overflows.

The Abundance From Within

Listening to my heart and trusting my intuition is allowing me to discover the abundance from within.

The more I trust my ideas and express them, the more abundance I see around me.

Abundance flows to me as I listen within and express the ideas which come to me.

I take the steps which come to me and actively participate in shaping the ideas into useful products.

With the guidance from within, each step follows in a calm sequence until the project is complete.

The security of knowing where to find guidance is a wonderful kind of abundance.

The knowledge that I can receive valuable ideas is a wonderful kind abundance.

Knowing that the ideas which come to me will be completed in a timely manner is a wonderful kind of abundance.

Everything I need to support me comes from within and is always there when I need it.

Trust in this process is another kind of abundance.

The security which is created by listening within gives me peace of mind.

Peace of mind allows me to make accurate assessment of my resources.

I am always connected to a rhythmic flow of ideas which manifest in the most appropriate way.

This constitutes my abundance from within.

Feeling in My Heart

I can listen for happy things and feel them in my heart.

Everyone I know can listen for happy things and feel them in their heart.

All the people I don’t even know, all over the planet, can listen for happy things and feel them in their heart.

————————-

Our heart’s happiness does not depend on any outside factor.

We can be happy within ourselves.

When we cultivate our own happiness and express it, it uplifts the atmosphere around us.

Others feel it and are encouraged by it.

I am extracting happiness from things I love to do, and sharing it.

I add a little bit to the progress of my many projects and enjoy seeing them come to completion.

I give myself time to think about the next step when I am unsure, until I reach a positive conclusion.

I surround myself with healthy food, so I support the body that is carrying out all the things I enjoy doing.

I stand up for my ability to learn at my own rate, and practice my new skills as I can.

I celebrate the power of carrying out the ideas that come to me.

I feel the presence of solutions even when I am in the middle of a problem.

I know that with a calm attitude, I will be able to feel the appropriate direction to go.

The presence of calm gives me security which permeates my being and gives me a happy and confident heart.

Loving Today

Good things are happening today.

Some of them are very obvious.

Some of them are under the surface.

We can listen for the happy things and feel them in our heart.

There are little things which we can do for each other that let us know how valued we are.

We can listen kindly and patiently.

We can perform little acts of service.

We can simply be there for each other.

We can inspire each other.

We can be excellent and wonderful friends.

We can see what needs doing and do it.

We can do something that we love.

We can do something special for ourselves.

We can be understanding and not rush.

We can plan and be patient.

We can enjoy each other’s company.

We can enjoy a good conversation.

We can express our life’s ideals and live with integrity.

Following Through on What You Love

I follow through on what I love to do.

Everyone I know follows through on what they love to do.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, follows through on what they love to do.
———————

By following through on what I love to do, I add to my satisfaction and happiness.

This raises the level of satisfaction and happiness in my community and on the planet.

My commitment to doing what I love makes me feel useful and benefits those who are ready to receive from me.

In my several communities of skilled friends, there is a great deal of satisfaction and happiness being able to quilt, knit, weave, raise sheep and goats and alpacas, process their fleece and make things from it.

Small organic farmers have the satisfaction of raising healthy food and the happiness of providing it for others.

Making room for doing what you love lets you slow down.

It gives you room to think and to reflect.

It lets you make decisions in a calm and unpressured frame of mind.

As I refocused my direction on providing service, my businesses began to take shape without the pressure of selling.

The ideas were able to be formed into beautiful products which naturally have a clientele and customer base.

Releasing the need to sell as a reason for what I do, I was able to create for the real reasons.

Providing beauty, doing excellent work, providing inspiration, working with materials I enjoy are the real reasons for what I do.

Reaching the people who appreciate beauty, excellence, service, and texture is not pressured.

It is a natural outcome of what I create and what I put into the creation.

I a living in a completely different atmosphere without the pressure of doing something just to make a living.

After a lifetime of working from that basis, I am glad I have discovered the much more complete life of doing what I love.

Now that I am supporting my own nature, it naturally has an outreach to those who recognize and appreciate my beautiful works.

Keeping My Peace

I have been working on several projects that I love for several years.

Some of them have been completed.

Others have been in-progress long-term.

Keeping my peace means reviewing what I love to do and making sure I continue to do it.

By listening inwardly, I am guided to take the relevant steps each time I return to the project.

I may find new resources.

I may take a different direction.

I may write down more ideas.

All of these steps honor the projects and keep them alive.

All of these projects enable me to keep my peace through what they allow me to contribute to society and civilization.

I can remain peaceful within because I can express the wonderful ideas I receive,

This eliminates tension and uncertainty for myself.

I know I can continue doing what I love.

I know I can continue contributing uplifting and inspiring those who will benefit from what I do.

Continual uplifting expression is one way I keep my peace.

Finding My Peace and My Focus

A lifetime of looking for ways to be positive and uplifting in teaching and raising children and running a household has helped me cultivate resources way beyond what I could imagine.

Those were challenging experiences and I am so grateful for them.

As I continue to engage myself in uplifting experiences, I am finding my focus change to even more inward listening.

I am finding space for deeply held desires to be expressed, and new ways of expressing them.

The peace I am finding in self-affirmation is incredible.

All the doubts, as I learned my craft and how to develop relationships in positive ways, are gone.

All the resources I used to uplift myself and to improve my situation constitute my current foundation.

I am able to focus on a completely different set of goals.

These have been growing within me as I have done my daily deeds.

I have the time and resources to write and to learn more techniques for releasing my ideas.

I have had the opportunity to place myself in a completely different community and to develop valuable friendships and skills.

I continue to learn and to progress and to add to my repertoire of sustainability.

Despite the disorienting and upsetting news, I am learning to keep my focus on what brings me peace.

I continue to love and respect and value each of us as precious individuals.

I know we are all working our way towards a deep sense of peace through generosity and sharing.

This is the only worthwhile goal and it can be accomplished with the inner resources which we all have as we listen within.

This is my new goal and focus.

We are all worth it.

Resources Which Bless

I am surrounded by resources which are blessing me and causing me to progress.

Everyone I know is surrounded by resources which are blessing me and causing them to progress.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, is surrounded by resources which are blessing them and causing them to progress.
---------------------

Events which occur in our lives can be positive or negative.

How we respond determines our course.

Using all our experiences as stepping stones, we can find a blessing even as we rise out of negative experiences.

We create more and more positive experiences for ourselves as we look for the blessing in whatever comes to us.

Then, we are surrounded by resources which bless us and which certainly cause us to progress.

Every skill, very conversation, every little daily event which we treat in a positive way, causes us to move toward the light.

We create more light in our lives as we respond in this way.

As we see others for their positive qualities, we uplift them as well as our own view.

We create an atmosphere around us which is light-hearted in a sincere way.

Our actions follow our thoughts and we are led to be caring and generous.

We create more resources for blessing and uplifting by letting people know that they are valued and respected.

All our skills and efforts and attitudes pour into our community.

Let us uplift and be a resource for progress.

Crossing the Chasm

As I learn new skills, I realize I am crossing a chasm, not only of knowledge, but of permission to practice them.

In a damaged emotional life, there are so many levels of experience which were never developed.

Those synapses simply don’t know how to fire until they are rebuilt.

The tiny steps that I list and eventually try are the threads that are rebuilding my life into wholeness.

I am learning the skills that I always wanted to know.

I am in a new environment which supports my practice.

I attract whole, healthy people.

I am able to interact with them as we enjoy sharing mutual interests.

We recognize and appreciate the work we do and the beautiful things we create.

We utilize our individual efforts in a group setting which is supportive.

All these activities and the spirit in which they are done increase my connections and help rebuild my life.

Mentoring Themselves

Young people are taking the lead in powerful action to redirect the course of our country.

They are defining themselves in powerful and responsible ways.

The energy they have is being focused in ways to benefit themselves and the entire culture of the country.

They are not stuck in the “me” generation; they are focused on “us”.

They are rightfully concerned with their own immediate safety and the direction the country has been heading for so many years.

They are the great contrast to the greed and corruption which have been undermining the values we were all raised on.

They have the courage articulate the values they want to see practiced on a national scale.

It is a strong movement of awareness and self-empowerment.

Using the tools of “we the people”, they are registering young voters.

They are invested in the health of the country to sustain and improve their own health.

What they are doing will benefit their generation, the present generations and all the generations which follow.

No Distractions

Even though the news is designed to be an extremely distracting force in today’s world, we can maintain our own priorities.

By being faithful to a practice of listening within, we can hear the direction of our own individuality.

This individuality is what we have to contribute to uplift our society today.

When we listen within, we hear a calm message of creativity and innovation.

We hear the solutions we need to increase and expand our participation in a world which exists to create good for all of its inhabitants.

I do not believe we are designed to be selfish.

I feel that it is natural to expand our ability to share generously.

This always creates new resources as we draw on our present ability to create a flow.

Generous action lets us think beyond ourselves and our present needs to include the community.

This generates action by other community members and increases the flow of ideas and solutions.

We can focus on what is important throughout our day, participate in political action, and be aware of the power of our contribution.

We are all able to uplift ourselves and to influence the circumstances we observe around us.

We are all able to be a force for improvement as we keep our focus on what is important.
