Return to Center

Despite being upset, it is always possible to return to your own true center.

The balance can be startling and last for a time, but the true center emerges.

I am grateful for my many new and useful calming tools to help me focus on where I want to be and what I want to feel.

Someone else’s viewpoint, as much as I would like to embrace them in my world, has nothing to do with me.

I certainly cannot control the perceptions of others.

I can always return to my true center and be the person I love and enjoy.

I am grateful to surround myself with gracious and raucous friends with genuine feelings of fun and support.

I am grateful to surround myself with materials and tools for creativity and beauty.

Providing the space to do what I love is having more far-reaching effects than I ever imagined.

I appreciate this activity more and more every day.

I love how doing what I love puts me in touch with people who appreciate who I am.

Anyone who has a desire to see me in my true light always has that opportunity.

I am not responsible for the view from without.

I know who I am from within and I love me.

The Permeating Presence of Peace

In your very core, there is a deep sense of peace and identity.

Anything which moves you away from this peace at your core makes you feel agitated or uncomfortable in some way.

You know who you are.

You may catch on to this early in your life, or you may explore many paths until you find the right one.

When you are in alignment with your deep core identity, your life is permeated with peace.

Things feel right.

You live in harmonious surroundings.

You have good friends.

Your work is deeply satisfying, or it moves you in the direction of satisfaction and happiness as you gain your skill.

Regardless of what is going on around you, you can feel this deep peace at your core and you respond to its guidance.

You continually move in the direction of peace and you move peacefully, gently, confidently.

You share your sense of peace in all with whom you have contact.

You attract others who have this deep sense of peace or a yearning for it.

Your peace permeates everything you do.

Your peace radiates out all around you and includes and inspires those who see you.

Not Group Think

Attempts to manipulate groups through media harassment are often very successful.

The emotional appeal is crafted very carefully.

But when we are in touch with our own true feelings, we an find our conclusions differ greatly from what is being presented to us.

Own true feelings come to us in quiet moments.

We can identify them by their calm presence.

We recognize when others present true ideas which work for everyone.

There is a difference in how integrity and sincerity feel.

Group think does not actually address problems in order to find solutions.

It uses people for a hidden, or not so hidden, agenda.

Individuals who come up with solutions which benefit everyone are quite different from group think.

Solving problems by creating policies which use our resources for the benefit of everyone is the best way to think.

Attuning to Perfection

There are many perfections in Nature and they are all different.

Even on one plant, there are individual variations of leaves and they all function perfectly to catch sunlight.

We can tune into our own individual perfection and see it in all its variety in each person.

That is how friendships and strong communities are built.

The beauty of our own perfection is that it is so natural.

We do not have to reshape ourselves into something which feels different from who we are.

We can begin and continue with the ideas which make us feel whole.

They fit with others who also have discovered their perfection and wholeness.

Communities built on perfection and wholeness uplift and include everyone.

As everyone finds that they are accepted and acceptable for the gifts of their own individuality, they are able to enrich the community even more by their presence.

It is comfortable and comforting to begin with your own perfection.

Then you can increase your skill in doing what you love, because you have chosen the perfect thing to do.

With the central guideline for your community being to trust your perfection, you will naturally find a good fit.

Your contribution will harmonize with the other skills in your community.

Building on kindness, and doing what you love to do and accepting the perfection of everyone’s choice helps maintain an uplifting attitude and takes care of everyone in the community.

Peace and Balance

I can create peace and balance in my life.

Everyone I know can create peace and balance in their life.

Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, can create peace and balance in their life.

——————
Creating peace comes from within.

When we listen for the ideas which tell us who we are and how we can best make a contribution to society, we create peace in our life.

Our peace gives us a balanced sense of our place.

We know what to do and can feel when to do it.

We see connections coming to us naturally.

This is when we begin to see a balance in the world around us.

Even with the imbalance of disasters, we can create what is around us from what is within.

Having a motive for peace and balance guides in a different way than the market economy.

We can see many ways of living well beyond just that of our own view.

When we realize the many available ideas from so many different views, we can see a balance and a peace far beyond what limited local, nation and international solutions have provided so far.

The peace and balance from within are supremely satisfying.

They do not depend on preying upon others, locally or internationally.

Once we set our priorities for taking care of all needs throughout all our civilization, we will have a truthful foundation for balance and peace.

The Delight of Peace

When we have peace and satisfaction in our hearts, it is a delight to share it.

We naturally see others as precious and valued.

We see everyone in terms of their unique and productive individuality.

We see that what they contribute to society is based on their point of view.

We see that as we value everyone, they bring another way to share harmony in a wider community.

When we settle our basic needs through doing what we love, we have more peace to share.

We want others to have the means to do what they love so that every member of the community feels loved in every way.

We see unlimited opportunities through individual and unique thinking.

We see unlimited opportunities through cooperation.

We see goal-setting in terms of how everyone will be benefitted and how we can each contribute to the well-being of all of us.

We utilize our talents directly and also in bringing out the talents of others.

We contribute our uplifting ideas and let them harmonize with the uplifting ideas of others.

A viewpoint which embraces all members of the community allows more ideas to flow.

With a wider viewpoint, there are unlimited possibilities for solutions which bring productive and peaceful lives for all of us.

The Love We Bring

The love we bring to our day begins with respect for ourselves and for our ideas.

It begins with creating an atmosphere and environment where we can do the work we love.

It lets us share our good feeling throughout our daily contacts with other people.

It creates the possibility in the minds of others that they, too, can do the work they love.

When we have a good fit with our work, we naturally create an uplifting atmosphere.

Sending love into the atmosphere around us through our work causes us to have a good day.

Walking through a workplace which creates love brings harmony to ourselves and all who come there.

Creating connections through work we love spreads love throughout our community.

Simply gathering materials to create wonderful things and making shipping arrangements adds more love into the atmosphere.

Everything we do to create work we love touches people in an uplifting way.

It can create confusion and arouse animosity in those whose lives are in great contrast when they sense it.

We can observe this phenomenon but not let it distract us.

We have already worked our way though our own negativity and heaviness in order to establish ourselves in work we love.

We have established an unshakable foundation on which to work in doing what we love.

We are secure in our right and our ability to bless ourselves and to uplift others.

We can continue to build on our foundation and to expand our creations in doing the work we love.
