Mental Climate

You can create your own mental climate by the thoughts and attitudes which you carry around with you.

It is very important that you define your own mental climate in terms which are congenial to you.

When you do this, you are able to accomplish things more easily, even things which seem impossible.

Even during stressful times, doors will open for you, people will help you, you will be led where you need to be.

Despite anything going on around you, you have the right to approach your life with poise and equanimity. 

You can find the tiny openings in your day to express calm, to listen for the next tiny step towards a solution.

You can access the deep peace which allows you to trust yourself to be in the best place possible for the situation.

You can literally be led, step by step, through difficulties, and trust that you will find a restful resolution.

Your thoughts and attitudes are crucial to this process.

They create the positive openings for ideas whenever you need one.

Turn inward, take a deep breath and feel the deep peace.

Let the deep peace fill you up and let it radiate around you.

Then, move through your day, carrying your deep peace with you, watching for the openings which continually move you forward peacefully.
