Collective Assessment

Individual discomfort requires personal insight to address and correct the problem.

A nation’s discomfort requires enough people to agree on it and then to take cohesive action.

This is the new challenge in our democracy.

Though we are driven apart by the harassment of the media, we are finding common ground anyway.

We are having the conversations which help us to connect to each other.

The new people’s movements are acquiring new energy and wisdom.

The contrast between truth and lies is becoming more pronounced.

The institutions of democracy are holding, and this is against attacks from without and from within.

Old values are being reassessed even while attempted destruction of them continues.

New values with more inclusive practices are readying to assert themselves.

We are all awakening to our own value and importance as we work together.

We are valuing others as we see their commitment and support of our own values.

We are upholding the rights of everyone who is a citizen of our country.

We are welcoming to those who desire to live and participate in the values of an inclusive democracy.

We have the power to accomplish the goals to create and support a government for the good of all the people.

We have the power to share our inspiration with all those in other countries who share respect for one another.
